More Corp Irresponsibility Legislation

Having seen how well weakening class action legislation worked in the area of securities law, the manufacturers want in on the act to weaken the right of plaintiffs harmed by their products.
...And in the column of conservative hypocrisy, the GOP-sponsored bill is promoting taking such lawsuits away from state courts to federal courts. Now, national standards often make sense, but conservatives seem to support them only on behalf of their corporate contributors, never for consumers and workers.
