It is by far the largest bargainning unit to file for majority representation under the new card check law in Illinois. Recognition should take place in less than thirty days (I hope). Here at the University of Washington, it's taken about 4 years to get to the point where we're ready to bargain; the administration dug in its heels throughout the entire process.
