GOP Misses the Hammer

But the rest of us celebrate.

Internal war is taking its toll on the GOP and Delay may be just a touch distracted these days: House conservatives put off vote on budget cuts because they don't have the votes. Mote moderate Republicans just don't seem to be buying the idea that more assaults on the poorest Americans is the only way to deal with the deficit.
