Forget the CIA and the FBI, it's always been the NSA with the high-tech firepower to create Big Brother surveillence. And guess what, the NSA monitored phone calls between the suspected organizer of the Sept. 11 suicide hijackings and the chief hijacker, but did not share the information with other agencies. CommentsThe NSA is hiding amid hopes that no one will notice that some of the warnings about the Sept. 11 atacks were developed from data gleaned through the Echelon system. While I don't know for certain, the NSA is the organization that I would expect to be tasked with monitoring the thing...
