Home Depot Cuts Off Military Supplies

In a bizarre move, Home Depot has told its 1,400 stores not to do business with the U.S. government or its representatives. If a military base or any other government agency requests supplies, the company has ordered that the transaction should not be processed.
...Why this seemingly bizarre rule? Because Home Depot wants to evade federal laws and regulations that apply to federal contractors. In their announcement, the company specifically cited the goal of evading executive orders barring discrimination and laws requiring government contractors to give special preference in hiring to veterans.
...You wonder if the patriot's parade will raise a hew and cry over Home Depot's anti-worker and anti-veteran actions?
