Ending Tax-Funded Union Busting

New York State looks set to bar use of state funds by private companies to fight unionization. Like a similiar law passed in California, the legislation will at least mean that companies have to pay for union busting out of stockholder profits, not out of the taxes paid by workers themselves.
...Companies complain that this is somehow a violation of their first amendment rights, but as many studies and articles show, such companies care rather little about the free speech rights of employees who are routinely harassed and fired for demanding unionization.
