Well the Senate Dems are declaring that lack of evidence of a candidates views may also kill nominations. Which makes sense. Anyone who reaches prominence without leaving enough of a mark to show their views is too nondescript to be in high judicial office. Or too strategically ideological. Either way, the Senate Dems are promoting the honest debate on nominee ideology that should be part and parcel of all judicial nominations.
