Check out this story from American Educational Research Association about new censorship guidelines issued for removing information from government web sites. The key statement in a memo issued to government agencies is that any information should be removed that "does not reflect the priorities, philosophies, or goals of the present administration.” Get rid of civil service protection so all federal employees have to toady to their superiors.
