While I've been away from the Northeast for some time and have lost track of the Yale strikes, it was interesting to read "Why We Are On Strike". While I suppose that their concerns are common across all unions, I seem to remember their previous reasons for striking as being exactly the same. Nothing changes; it only gets moreso. According to Federal Reports, there are quite a few people looking for jobs around the country.
