Trackback PingsTrackBack URL for this entry: CommentsIf you're keeping track of current strike actions, Honolulu's bus drivers (Teamsters) are out and have been since 8/27. Issues are layoffs, pensions, and wages. The public is not happy; letters to the editors of the two papers seem to be running against, partly because the average wage for bus drivers seems to be $5-$10K higher (annually) than for cops and teachers.
