Dems on "Homeland" Union-Busting
The Washington Times has a story, Democrats call terror bill 'ruse' to fire civil workers, that follows up on Bush's proposal to remove civil service protections from workers in the new Department of Homeland Security, a move many Democrats are denouncing as union busting.
...Given the attacks on whistle blowers in the FBI and other agencies, does anyone think the American people would be safer if workers felt less secure to stand up to their bosses in security agencies?
