Sleeper Maine Senate Race
One place the WorldCom-Enron meltdowns could really matter is Maine, where the Democratic challenger, Chellie Pingree, to Maine's Susan Collins actually has a track record of writing a new tougher corporate accountability law for Maine back in 1998. Along with health care as an issue, Pingree might have enough to pull off a upset there.
