More Illegal Actions by Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart, on top of the rest of its illegal actions is now facing a class action by up to 64,000 curent and former employees in Minnesota alleging the company forced workers to work off-the-clock and without breaks.

This adds to the 37 other class-action lawsuits against Wal-Mart with similar types of claims.

The evidence in this case comes from Wal-Mart's own time cards where internal auditors records reveal the illegal activity -- they said in internal memos, "Wal-Mart may face several adverse consequences as a result of staffing and scheduling not being prepared appropriately."

In Minnesota alone, the estimate is that Wal-Mart deliberately stole $200 million from employees, including falsely editing time cards to do so.

Kids go away to jail for decades for stealing a pizza.

Why are Wal-Mart executives not in jail when they have deliberately stolen billions of dollars from employees across the country?
