Where are the Iraqis?

Newt Gingrich has pointed out one of the most obvious stupidities of the new Coalition Provisional Authority. Writing in Newsweek, he pulled up the web page of the authority:

“The opening quote is, of course, by [CPA chief Paul] Bremer. Next quote is by Bush. Next quote is by U.S. Ambassador Steve Mann.”
And his point is that a new supposed authority for the Iraqi people should be portraying Iraqis on the front page, not feeding the ego of American officials by quoting them first.
