Social Security is Fine

Sometimes the most radical thing to say is that nothing is wrong at all.

Jane Bryant Quinn argues Social Security Isn't Doomed, a favorite theme of mine.

Bottom-line: if you read the fine print of the Social Security Trustees Report, with no new money AT ALL, social security can meet all its obligations with the same benefits for retirees as today (inflation-adjusted).

So all the scaremongering is just a scam to justify privatization-- just more lies from the rightwing attack machine.
