Russia to End Democratic Protest

Russia's parliament, dominated by Putin's allies, voted yesterday to ban all demonstrations on public property.

As Russia day by day back into dictatorship, one wonders where the Bush administration is in working to prevent it?

No doubt the same place it was before 911 on terrorist threats-- still obsessed with Iraq.
