Mass. to Make Health Care a Right

While debates on gay marriage amendments have gotten headlines, the Mass legislature just voted to put a constitutional amendment to make health care a legal right on the ballot for voters. If they approve it this year and in 2006, the state will become the first in the nation to give health care constitutional status.
