Subcontracting Dictatorship

Pretending to hand over sovereignty to the Iraqis has it's advantages.

The Iraqis can use dictatorial tactics and keep Bush's hands clean.

So now Al-Jazeera has been shut down in Iraq, probably the first step in censorship that it likely to make sure that only forces friendly to the US are able to function in Iraq's politics.
