PA Veteran Families Oppose War

Okay, this poll is nice in showing a solid Kerry lead in Pennsylvania over Bush (47-42), but the more interesting result is how veterans and families with members in the military feel about the election and the Iraq war:

Military veterans or voters with a household member who is a veteran or currently in active duty or reserve service support Kerry 46 – 42 percent, with 6 percent for Nader.

These voters from military families say 54 – 41 percent that the war is wrong.

Military households are actually more against the war than the rest of the population. As those families talk to their neighbors, that will likely just increase the general antipathy to the war.

Thanks to Paleo.
