The Supreme Court and the Klan

Progressive bloggers like Josh are appalled that the religious right would compare the Supreme Court to the Klan.

I wish progressives would remember that the Court did historically protect mass murder by the Klan, as I detailed in Supreme Court: Mob Rule Central and Supreme Court Created Jim Crow. The real irony is that these southern conservatives, steeped in Confederate tradition, dare to make the comparison.
