Tapped on Union Salaries
Well, Tapped had this interesting take on the union salary issue. Turns out that many of the conservatives bashing the unions on this issue make a pretty penny themselves doing so. The Heritage Foundation, for example, paid now Labor Secretary Elaine Chao $209,958 in 2000, just so she could argue why affirmative action was bad and the minimum wage was too much money for workers. But I guess that's worth far more money than actually trying to help raise workers salaries.
...Not surprising but a good catch by the always wonderful Tapped.
