Anti-Union Group Loses 700K Lawsuit
The key Oregon antiunion and antitax Oregon organization lost a $700,000 civil suit for forging signatures on antiunion ballot initiatives back in 2000, which could be tripled under Oregon's racketeering law.
Of course, if this was a civil suit against a union for fraud, it would likely be getting far greater prominence in the major media.
