Limited Health Care for Veterans & Poor
Well, the White House doesn't want to discriminate. It's limiting health care access for richer veterans at the Veteran Administration hospitals, while it's actually defying Congressional law in allowing Medicaid patients to be denied emergency health care by HMOs set up by states.
