1000 KY Autoworkers Join UAW Through Card Check

In tough antiunion territory, over 60% of Dana Corp. employees signed UAW cards and under a recently neutrality agreement negotiated with the company, the union was recognized for the 1000 employees. That simple.

One more reason why neutrality agreements are so key to pro-union policy. Notably, most of the Democratic candidates for President have promised to give all workers the right to use card check procedures to form unions (something unlikely to pass Congress anytime soon, but nice that they are on record.)
