Conservatives Quake At Clinton Speech

This is the best commentary I've seen on Clinton's speech and it comes from a conservative at Reason, reacting to the power of the speech by thanking previous Congresses for passing a constitutional amendment to prevent Clinton from serving a third and, probably, fourth term.
