Federalism Revolution Over

Based on John Roberts' questions during the oral arguments over assisted suicide, Tom Goldstein of SCOTUSblog has declared "Note to Rick Garnett and other states-rights conservatives: told you so; the federalism "revolution" was actually more of a "petty insurrection" and George Bush has now officially put it down with the change from WHR to JGR. Basically my take, but glad to hear it from someone closer to the source.
