Homeland Security as Union Busting

In a USA TODAY article, unions have raised concerns that Bush will use the reorganization of agencies to bust federal government unions, something Attorney General Ashcroft already did last fall with some workers in the name of "national security." This just continues Bush general anti-union record.

I hope the Democrats are smart enough to play these changes up, and remind union workers who is actively trying to thin their numbers, and hence their effectivness.
