Liberals Against Free Speech

A rush on Court rulings on this last day of the session, but a really odd 5-4 split on whether states can regulate speech during campaigns for judicial office. The conservatives all supported the speech rights of judge candidates, while the four liberals all opposed honest debate in judicial campaigns.
...Geez, what a bizarre day when I agree twice with the rancid Rehnquist Five.
