Pay Attention to Bolivia
Yesterday, Bolivia certified a leading opponent of US anti-drug policies and IMF economics in that country for the Presidenital runoff. As similar leaders are rising throughout the region, understanding Bolivia's revolt against neoliberalism is a good tour of the issues.
