Corps Sucking at Govt Teet
MaxSpeak notes that one of the best ways to punish and deter criminal corporate activity is to bar such companies from the hundreds of billions of dollars in government contracts. As Max notes, however, conservatives hate that idea since so many lawbreaking corps feed on privatization programs.
But no worries, Bush's hypocrisy in demanding "morality" in corporate activities is shown by his repealing the regulations passed by Clinton that would have barred corporate criminals from receiving exactly such contracts. See my own "Three Strikes and Your Rich."
