Mayor Mike- Let's Live at WTC

I'm really getting to like this guy, even if I don't always like his budget priorities. Mayor Bloomberg criticized recent redevelopment plans at the WTC site for not having enough housing. He advocated mixed-income housing to revitalize the area. "what could be better to memorialize them than to have housing and schools and cultural institutions and retail that all goes together to make it a vibrant place?" Or in a memorably pithy phrase against those who would prefer to turn the whole area into a cemetary:

"They gave their lives so that we could live. Let's live there."
