It may be the minimalist version of prison reform, but it's a start. The ACLU is praising the introduction of a Prison Rape Reduction Bill .
The American Defamation League details the relatively scary splintering and regrouping of neo-Nazi groups.
Failure of welfare reform: NOW has a release highlighting the fact that studies by the government show that only one-third of the drop in the welfare caseload can be attributed to families successfully earning their way off welfare and out of poverty.See the original HHS report here.
