And Now Bolivia

While a business candidate "won" yesterday's Bolivian election with 21.7% of the vote, the final vote will go to the new Congress, where left parties saw a surge of new support.
...This fits the trend of the rest of South America moving left, just as Eastern Europe has been rejecting conservative parties.
