US to Lose on Kosovo Threat
The EU has told the US to take a hike, literally. If the US doesn't want its soldiers subject to the new International Criminal Court, the EU has told the US that it is free to get its troops out of Kosovo - and the message no doubt extends to te rest of the US's foreign deployments.
